Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist so we appreciate your business. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed in getting to the office, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance
We accept most dental insurances and participate with BlueCross/BlueShield and Delta Dental
PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME SERVIES ARE PROVIDED; this includes your insurance deductible and co-payment. For extensive treatment(s) such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures and partial dentures that require more than one appointment, one-half of the total is due at the start of treatment and remainder the day treatment is completed.
Payment Options
A number of payment options are available to assist you in receiving the treatment you desire. We are happy to work with you to plan the most appropriate arrangements.

As a convenience, you have the option to provide our office with a credit card and signed agreement to be kept in your file for your payments. - CareCredit® & LendingClub – these are companies that can offer you a line of credit for qualified applicants. These may be used for charges of $500.00 or over with interest-free options.
